This site contain detailed information about class mechanics that may be of help in terms of improving your char.
This is what i used to learn how to dps with my rogue and how to tank with my warrior alt (still work in progress here  ).
If you have doubt about your class, you can learn what are the most important stats for your class, make better equip decisions and appropriate gemming/enchanting.
Equip is not all, you can also learn how to maximize your dps, your healing, your tanking, using the correct set of abilities.

Great tanks Night, these sites are the best source of information for the class tips and tricks both for pve and pvp purposes.
I think everybody sould at least check and see what might be interesting for each of us there.
