if u will use that macro u wont lose ur rage cuz all skill that are used in this macro are casting in the one time , so u aint change stace after bloodrage but while bloodrage

Unless I'm wrong but while chaning stances you are losing some rage (how much depends on your talents alocation), so isn't it better to change into def stance and then cast bloodrage ?

This macro cast charge, blood rage, and then put u in to defensive stance, if ur not i battle stance when casting, this macro put u in to this stance
/cast [nostance:1] Battle Stance
/cast [stance:1] Charge
/stopcasting
/cast [stance:1] Bloodrage
/stopcasting
/cast [nostance:2] Defensive Stance
This macro will put u into berserker stance, and cast bereserker rage and put u into defensive stance
/cast [nostance:3] Berserker Stance
/cast [stance:3] Berserker Rage
/stopcasting
/cast [nostance:2] Defensive Stance
