What is this? 
This is an example of gear that i think is good for entering Karahzan. With this gear and a combat dagger build you should get around 7480 HP, 1375 AP, 28% Crit, 210 Hit. All can be taken by questing, some pvp, AH (so no instance farming is involved). Some notes ... It's not an absolute list of gear/gems/enchants (i used gear that its easy to get and gems/enchants in order to balance stamina and the other stats).
